I want to know what exactly is this
it's a WTF(I am not kidding)
Someone on DeviantArt thought it would be funny to make a retarded giant giraffe version of the famous picture "The Biting Pear of Salamanca" by Ursulav(which was later posted on 4chan and became an internet meme). There are many different pictures showing parodies of the picture, but there is only one original. That picture is most often seen in animated GIFs of it running, with a text underneath saying WTF(hence how it got it's name) The WTF is also originally green; That one was colored.

It most likely came to be because in the background of The Biting Pear, you notice there are Giraffes down in the valley. Biting Pear + Giraffe = WTF
